Upload your resume once, or paste a specific job posting's URL. We score every open Vacancy against it, tailor your résumé to the role, draft the Cover Letter, and pre-answer the screening questions — you just decide which ones to send.
How it works
- 01
Upload your resume
We parse it once into a Profile you'll reuse for every Match.
- 02
Set your filters
Geography, role, visa, salary — two minutes, so you only ever see Vacancies you'd actually take.
- 03
Get scored Matches
An AI compares every Vacancy against your resume and your details, and gives it a Fit Score. You set the threshold — only Vacancies that clear your bar make it to your Match list. Each one comes with a drafted Cover Letter, a Tailored Résumé on request, and your Screening Answers, ready to send. Found a posting yourself? Paste its URL to evaluate it the same way.
What's in every Match
Scoring is just the first step. Once a Vacancy clears your bar, JobScorer prepares everything you need to apply.
Why not auto-apply
Auto-apply tools fire off hundreds of generic applications and hope volume wins. Employers have caught on — mass-applies get filtered before a human ever sees them. We do the opposite: every application is scored, reasoned, and yours to send once you've reviewed it.
A Fit Score, not a keyword match
Most "AI job matching" is really just keyword matching — a script counts how many words from the posting appear in your resume and calls that a score. That's how the same generic resume ends up "matching" hundreds of postings a week, and why auto-apply tools can fire off so many applications so fast: there's no real judgment behind any of them.
JobScorer reads both sides properly. Your Profile — resume, hard filters, the details you set once — gets compared against each open Vacancy by an AI that reasons about fit the way a person would: does the seniority line up, does the tech stack actually overlap, does the role match what you're looking for, not just what it's called. Every Match carries a Fit Score built from that reasoning, and you set the threshold. Vacancies that don't clear your bar never make it to your list — you're not scrolling past postings that were never going to work, and you're not trusting a black box that scored a random résumé from the internet. Found a posting we haven't indexed yet? Paste its URL and get the same reasoning on the spot — you're not limited to what we've already found.
A Cover Letter worth reading, a résumé that speaks the job's language, and screening answers you didn't have to write
Auto-apply tools skip the cover letter, or fake one with a templated paragraph that swaps in the company name and nothing else — a recruiter can spot it in the first sentence, and it says more about the tool than about you.
For every Match, JobScorer drafts a real Cover Letter grounded in your actual resume and the actual Vacancy — the same reasoning that produced your Fit Score also produces the letter, so it reflects why you're actually a fit, not a mail-merge. Screening questions get the same treatment: pre-answered from your Profile, ready to copy in instead of retyped from scratch on every application. You still read both before anything goes out. Think of it as a first draft from someone who's already read the job posting and your resume closely — not a form letter, and not a blank page.
The same reasoning can tailor your résumé too — reordering and rewording what's already there to mirror the Vacancy's language and priorities, never inventing experience you don't have. Generate one for any Match whenever you're ready to apply.
You hit send — not us
This is the part that actually separates "AI job matching" from auto-apply, and it's worth being explicit about: JobScorer never submits an application on your behalf. There's no bot filling out a company's application form while you're not looking, no employer account we quietly touch, no count of "applications sent" racking up without your say-so.
Every Match sits in your list — scored, with its Cover Letter and Screening Answers drafted — until you decide it's worth sending. You can skip it, edit the letter, or apply the old-fashioned way if you'd rather. The tool's only job is to cut out the reading and the first draft, not the judgment. That's also why it holds up under the scrutiny employers are increasingly applying to filter out mass-applies: every application that goes out through JobScorer looks like what it is — a real applicant who reviewed a real match, not automation pretending to be one.
None of this makes job searching effortless — it makes it honest. You still decide what to apply to and what to say. JobScorer just removes the two things that used to eat the most time: figuring out whether a posting is worth your attention, and writing the first draft once you've decided it is. Review before you apply, not instead of it.
FAQ
- Is this an auto-apply bot?
- No. We score and draft — you send. Nothing leaves your account without you clicking send yourself. If you're looking for a bot that fires off applications automatically, this isn't it — that's the exact behavior we built JobScorer to replace.
- What do you need from me?
- A resume and two minutes to set your filters (location, role, visa, salary). That's it — one Profile, reused for every Match. We parse the resume once, so you're not re-entering the same details for every application.
- What's a Fit Score?
- A per-Vacancy score of how well it matches your resume and details, so you can skip low-fit postings without reading them. It's generated by comparing the Vacancy against your Profile — not a keyword count — and you set the threshold that decides what counts as a Match for you.
- What jobs do you search?
- A broad job aggregator covering all industries, not just tech — not limited to one job board. New Vacancies get pulled in and scored against every active Profile, so your Match list keeps growing without you having to go looking.
