AI job matching that scores fit, not keywords
JobScorer reads your resume and every Vacancy the way a hiring manager would, then gives each one a Fit Score you can trust.
Why keyword-matching isn't matching
Most "AI job matching" is really just keyword matching — a script counts how many words from the posting appear in your resume and calls that a score. That's how the same generic resume ends up "matching" hundreds of postings a week, and why auto-apply tools can fire off so many applications so fast: there's no real judgment behind any of them.
How the Fit Score is generated
JobScorer reads both sides properly. Your Profile — resume, hard filters, the details you set once — gets compared against each open Vacancy by an AI that reasons about fit the way a person would: does the seniority line up, does the tech stack actually overlap, does the role match what you're looking for, not just what it's called. Every Match carries a Fit Score built from that reasoning, and you set the threshold. Vacancies that don't clear your bar never make it to your list — you're not scrolling past postings that were never going to work.
You set the threshold
Control what counts as a Match. Every Vacancy that passes your Hard Filters gets a Fit Score from 0–100 and costs one credit. This threshold labels matches as above or below your bar, so you can filter the Match list by fit. Raise it to focus on stronger fits; lower it to include more borderline ones.
Evaluate any posting yourself by pasting its URL
Found a Vacancy we haven't scored yet? Paste the URL and get the same Fit Score and reasoning as your regular Matches — you're not limited to what we've already found.
