Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
1. The service
JobScorer ("we", "us") is operated by Ilya Bondarenko, a sole trader (OSVČ) registered in the Czech Republic (see the Legal Notice). JobScorer provides AI-assisted job matching, Fit Scoring, and cover letter generation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Credits and payment
JobScorer is currently free to use. There is no checkout, payment, or purchase of credit packs at this stage. We may introduce paid options in the future; if we do, we will update these terms before making them available.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU)
There are currently no purchases or paid digital services to withdraw from. If we introduce paid options for EU consumers, we will explain the applicable withdrawal rights and obtain any required consent before payment.
5. Refunds
Because JobScorer is currently free and does not accept payments, there are no paid purchases to refund. If paid options become available, we will publish the applicable refund process before accepting payment. For questions about the current free service, contact us.
6. Intellectual property
The JobScorer service, its code, design, and content are owned by Ilya Bondarenko. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own job search. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its content.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of any resume, profile, or other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you (see the Privacy Policy).
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". Fit Scores and generated content are AI-assisted suggestions, not guarantees of job search outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, where applicable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions or feedback?
